To find Creekside Landings at 27, Provender Walk, Belvedere Road, Faversham, Kent ME13 7NF

You exit the M2 at the junction 6 signed for Faversham. The exit road takes you to a main road (A251), where you turn left (if coming from London/Sittingbourne) or right (if coming from Dover/Canterbury), proceed for about 600 yards and passing a small roundabout to traffic lights at a T junction at the A2. Here you turn left, then immediately right onto a road called “The Mall”, which bends sharp left at the Elephant pub, then swings right, goes under the rail bridge, bends right and you see on your right a used car lot, on your left a Co-op store.  Continue past the railway station (seen on your right), then take the next left at a mini roundabout into Newton Road.

Go down Newton Road and across the traffic lights, noting first the post office on the left at the lights, then a Tesco supermarket on the right as the road bends left. Ahead, at a zebra pedestrian crossing, you swing right into Court Street, then after only 100 yards, left into Quay Lane.  After turning into Quay Lane, you take the first right into Belvedere Road before the Swan Quay Hotel.  Belvedere Road gives every appearance of a business service road, never fear you carry on right to the end as far as you can go (about 250 yards) with metal gates facing you but you swing left into Provender Walk. Ahead you will see the tidal creek and sea wall, you swing left again and our house, #27, is third from the end in a terrace of eight town houses with balconies, the house has a pale green/grey door and glass doors where the garage should be!  Park at either end of the terrace in the guest car park area.

Some guest reviews

The hosts were very welcoming, friendly and great conversationalists. They ensured that every comfort and detail was met. Nothing was too much trouble, including a delicious cooked English breakfast and assistance with carrying our cases up 2 flights of stairs. While the room was modestly sized, it had everything we needed. The location is charming with easy access to restaurants & the town by a short stroll. Peter, Australia

Nice welcome with a cup of tea. A nice, well-maintained house in a beautiful location. You get a historical explanation that is quite interesting. A very pleasant couple, and I can definitely recommend this address.  Steven, Belgium

Beautiful home and surroundings. Very friendly people. Convenient for my family and the centre of Faversham. I Intend to stay there again.  Colin, GB

The area where the house is located is very pretty, near an inlet of the sea. The welcome was fabulous, a bit like arriving at a friend's house. The room was small, but comfortable and pleasant. I was very close to an old pub, although in a quiet area, which allowed me to eat cheaply and get home at a reasonable hour. Parking is no problem, as the owners let us park the car right in front of their house. Thanks to my hosts for the cup of tea on arrival and the pleasant conversation. Other than that, I loved Faversham, its old town cenre is very pretty and full of interesting shops. The neighbourhood where the house is located is very pretty. The welcome was fabulous, a bit like arriving at some friends' house. ….I loved Faversham. Its old town centre is very pretty and full of interesting shops.  Anne, France

Really good location next to the town, really welcoming owners who make you feel at home! 10 out of 10!   James, GB

The owner and his wife were very kind.  Momoko, Japan

The owners were very welcoming, and we had a lovely chat over a cup of tea when I arrived. Breakfast was delicious and quite exceptional. My host asked whether I liked spinach and cooked two poached eggs on a bed of spinach and cheese with some mushrooms. Best breakfast I've had for a long time. Topped off by freshly homemade quince jam on toast. Delicious! The view over the creek was a great.  Caroline, GB

The hosts were truly lovely people. Welcoming, interesting, and knowledgeable about the locality. I enjoyed our conversations and the fab breakfast. The bedroom was nice and clean, comfy bed and some wardrobe space. Kettle, fan, iron all available in the room, but no TV. The bathroom was right next to the bedroom. There was nothing I disliked, but something people might want to consider when looking - 2 flights of stairs to the bedroom and bathroom.  Sue, GB   (please note we have a stair lift)
